Yael Malik Joins BlackTORO GWM in Miami as Chief Commercial Officer

BlackTORO GWM has appointed Yael Malik as its new Chief Commercial Officer in Miami, reinforcing the firm's leadership team with an executive who brings more than three decades of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and asset management.

According to Gabriel Ruiz, President and Chief Investment Officer at BlackTORO, Malik's extensive background in financial markets and strategic advisory will play an important role in supporting the firm's continued growth and commercial expansion.

Throughout her career, Malik has held senior leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, including BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., where she served as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking, and Consultores Asset Management S.A., where she was Managing Director.

During her tenure in these organizations, she led multidisciplinary investment teams and was responsible for structuring and executing a broad range of sophisticated equity and debt transactions, contributing to the successful development of complex financial and capital markets initiatives.
